To better understand how Swipe Album Cleaner and related services operate and to keep them secure, we use third-party analytics tools to record network logs and information such as frequency of use, crash data, overall install and usage, and performance data.

When we collect and use the above information, we apply de-identification and/or anonymization. Analysis corresponds only to codes that cannot be directly linked to a user’s identity.

As our business develops, features and services of Swipe Album Cleaner may change.     (3) our collection or processing violates our agreement with you;
    (4) a product or service is discontinued and no longer provided to you;
    (5) you stop using our products and services and choose to delete your account.
  4. Delete your account:
    You may sign in to your previously registered account and delete it via [Me → tap avatar → Account deletion]. We will process the request within 15 business days. Once the app account is deleted, you may be unable to use some products and services, and previously accumulated data may be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. Please proceed with care. 5. How we protect the security of your information

  1. We upload and store your personal and non-personal information in data centers in mainland China.
  2. We take industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information and deploy technical and organizational controls to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, damage, or loss. For example, we use industry-standard encryption to help protect the integrity and confidentiality of account information, and access-control mechanisms so that only authorized personnel may access your personal information.

  1. “Swipe Album Cleaner” software and related services means the client application legally owned and operated by the company and its affiliates and labeled “Swipe Album Cleaner” (and, in Chinese, “滑动相册清理”).

Affiliate means any company or organization that now or in the future controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with a party, and the legal representative of such company or organization. “Control” means the direct or indirect power to influence the management of the company referred to, whether through ownership, voting shares, contract, or other means recognized by law.

  3. De-identification means technical processing of personal information so that the data subject cannot be identified without additional information.

  4. Anonymization means technical processing of personal information so that the data subject cannot be identified and the information cannot be restored.

(3) Copyright in this Privacy Policy belongs to Kongmuhu (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. To the extent permitted by law, we have the right to interpret and amend it.

If there is any conflict between a non-Chinese version and the Simplified Chinese version, the Simplified Chinese version prevails.
