1. Information we collect automatically while you use the products and services.

• 1.1 To keep the software and services running securely, we may collect hardware model, OS version, IMEI, Android ID, unique device identifiers, network hardware address, IP address, WLAN access point, SSID, Wi-Fi BSSID, Bluetooth, cell tower information, software version, network access method, type, status, network quality data, and operation, usage, and service logs.
• 1.2 As needed to prevent malware and for secure operations, we may collect installed app information or running process information, overall app runtime, usage and frequency, crash data, overall install and usage, performance data, and app source.
• 1.3 We may use account information, device information (including model, unique device identifier, OS version, resolution, carrier, and device settings), and service logs to assess account security, authenticate identity, and detect and prevent security incidents.
• 1.4 The product integrates Umeng+ SDK. Umeng+ SDK may collect device MAC address and unique device identifiers (IMEI/OAID/Android ID/IDFA/OPENUDID/GUID/IP address/SIM IMSI) to provide analytics, calibrate reports with location, and provide basic anti-fraud capabilities.

To analyze usage habits, improve experience, and optimize performance, we may automatically collect certain log, behavior, device, and diagnostic information from the phone you use to access the app (the “Device”), including:

2. Your device information. To provide features, we may collect related device information, including:

• Device attributes: brand, model, MAC address, and operating system of your mobile device.

For more sensitive information such as IMEI or GPS location, we will obtain your consent before collection. You may limit collection or permissions in your device Settings. If you restrict a permission, we may be unable to provide the corresponding service and will stop processing the related information.

• 2.1 Sign-in and registration: You may sign in with a third-party account and authorize us to obtain public information registered on that platform (avatar, nickname, gender, and other information you authorize) to bind the account so you can use the product and related services. Sign-in may require writing and reading information needed for login on the clipboard. Such information is used only for sign-in and is not collected as private data beyond that purpose.
• 2.2 With your authorization, we may access certain log, behavior, device, and diagnostic information to improve experience and performance, including device attributes such as brand, model, and OS.
• 2.3 Network data permission: required for basic connectivity.
• 2.4 Network status permission: required for basic connectivity.
• 2.5 Photo library read/write permission: used to manage photos on the device, including grouping and deleting photos/videos.

Please note: if you voluntarily disclose sensitive information such as health, private life, or biometric data, we will protect it under this Policy, but you should be cautious when providing sensitive personal information to third-party products or service providers.

1. When providing services, we may use your personal information for identity verification, security detection, customer service, archiving, or backup to help keep products and services complete and secure;

We may use your personal information and other data to understand usage habits and, through analysis, identify acceptance of services and usage trends, so we can test and create new products, features, and services, improve service quality, and help design improvements to existing services and develop new ones;

To provide richer features, we use the following third-party software development kits (SDKs). Collection and use by each SDK are governed by the SDK operator’s privacy policy or related statements.

3. Protecting product, service, and user security

To better understand how Swipe Album Cleaner and related services operate and to keep them secure, we use third-party analytics tools to record network logs and information such as frequency of use, crash data, overall install and usage, and performance data.

When we collect and use the above information, we apply de-identification and/or anonymization. Analysis corresponds only to codes that cannot be directly linked to a user’s identity.

• 3.1 Changes to the purpose of collecting or using personal information

As our business develops, features and services of Swipe Album Cleaner may change. In principle, personal information needed for new features or upgrades will have a direct or reasonable connection to the original purpose. If there is no such connection, we will notify you again and obtain your consent before collecting or using the information.

In accordance with China’s Cybersecurity Law, the Provisions on the Protection of Personal Information of Internet Users, and other laws and regulations, and with reference to common practices in other countries and regions, we respect your control over personal information and take measures so you can exercise the following rights:

2. Correct your personal information
   If you find that personal information we process is wrong or incomplete, you have the right to correct or update it. If you cannot do so in account settings, contact us at kongmuhu@126.com.
3. Delete your personal information:
   You may request deletion by emailing kongmuhu@126.com if:
   (1) our processing violates mandatory laws or regulations;
   (2) we collected or processed your information without your consent;
   (3) our collection or processing violates our agreement with you;
   (4) a product or service is discontinued and no longer provided to you;
   (5) you stop using our products and services and choose to delete your account.
4. Delete your account:
   You may sign in to your previously registered account and delete it via [Me → tap avatar → Account deletion]. We will process the request within 15 business days. Once the app account is deleted, you may be unable to use some products and services, and previously accumulated data may be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. Please proceed with care. 5. How we protect the security of your information

1. We upload and store your personal and non-personal information in data centers in mainland China.
2. We take industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information and deploy technical and organizational controls to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, damage, or loss. For example, we use industry-standard encryption to help protect the integrity and confidentiality of account information, and access-control mechanisms so that only authorized personnel may access your personal information.
3. We retain your personal information only for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law. We will try to protect your information, but due to technical complexity no security measure can be 100% risk-free.

6. Updates to this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may change as the business develops. For material changes, we will provide prominent notice in various ways—for example, a pop-up when the software is updated. Continued use of our services means you acknowledge the updated Policy.

1. “Swipe Album Cleaner” software and related services means the client application legally owned and operated by the company and its affiliates and labeled “Swipe Album Cleaner” (and, in Chinese, “滑动相册清理”).

2. Affiliate means any company or organization that now or in the future controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with a party, and the legal representative of such company or organization. “Control” means the direct or indirect power to influence the management of the company referred to, whether through ownership, voting shares, contract, or other means recognized by law.

3. De-identification means technical processing of personal information so that the data subject cannot be identified without additional information.

4. Anonymization means technical processing of personal information so that the data subject cannot be identified and the information cannot be restored.

(3) Copyright in this Privacy Policy belongs to Kongmuhu (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. To the extent permitted by law, we have the right to interpret and amend it.

If there is any conflict between a non-Chinese version and the Simplified Chinese version, the Simplified Chinese version prevails.
